Arriving in Da Nang and not sure where to start with housing? Navigating apartment viewings, neighborhoods, and rental decisions can feel overwhelming. I provide in-person support so you can evaluate apartments and select a place that truly fits your stay.

This service is practical, on-the-ground guidance – not a tour, consultation, or real estate service. You’ll have an experienced perspective helping you make confident decisions without any property sourcing or search work.

What I’ll Do During Your Visit

• Accompany you to apartment viewings you have already arranged

• Offer observations on layout, condition, and livability

• Share practical insight from local experience

• Discuss pros and cons in real time

• Provide honest feedback so you can decide confidently

What’s Not Included

• I do not search for apartments

• I do not contact properties or schedule viewings

• I do not negotiate or act as an agent

• I do not recommend specific landlords or buildings

You remain fully in control of your housing search and decisions.

How It Works

After you schedule viewings, I meet you at each property and accompany you during your visit. Together, we walk through the space and discuss what you see so you can make more informed choices.

Pricing 

In-Person Apartment Viewing Support (Up to 3 Hours): $175

Additional Time (if needed): $50 per additional hour

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking reserves dedicated time.

• Rescheduling is allowed once if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice

• Changes made less than 48 hours before the appointment are not eligible for rescheduling or refund

• No-shows are considered completed sessions

Payment covers the time reserved, not the outcome of your housing search.

Weather or Access Considerations

If severe weather or circumstances outside either party’s control (e.g., building closure or safety concerns) prevent the session, we will reschedule to a mutually agreeable time. This does not apply to personal schedule changes.
