Solo in Budapest Apartment Tour
Traveling solo in Budapest, I found the perfect apartment located downtown in District VII. After my cousin Chris departed, I spent three weeks touring Europe solo! Staying in the lively part of the historic district, blocks from ruin bars, cafes, the synagogue, and Goszdu Udvar was an exciting adventure of exploration. Check out my Six Reasons to Visit Budapest.
As a solo traveler, I felt safe throughout the day and night. The building was clean, secure, and quiet. My hosts gave me a delicious bottle of Hungarian wine, maps of the city, and a list of all the ruin bars. The apartment has a full bath, washer and dryer, and central air. Hungarians are delightful and Budapest is an easy city to maneuver with excellent public transportation.
