When it comes to losing weight after 40 for women, the struggle is real. I hated going to the gym alone because I was overweight, didn’t know how to operate the equipment, and thought people would stare. Hiring a personal trainer made the process comfortable and efficient while keeping me motivated and accountable.

Suffering from Achilles tendinitis, I stopped exercising and gained 27 pounds. It took one year to lose nine years of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and weight.
