Join me on a Dupont Circle walking tour in Washington, DC. Dupont Circle is normally bustling with traffic, people hanging out at the circle, dining at restaurants, and shopping the strip. Restaurants were open for only carry out and delivery and allowed to sell alcohol on-the-go during Phase 1.
The Dupont Circle neighborhood is known for embassies, think tanks, and gorgeous row houses. Dupont has two busy metro station exits but no one is exiting, which is very spooky. It’s good to see most people are wearing masks than not.
